Thank you for choosing Eternal Tattoo & Piercing Studios. To protect the time of our artists and piercers and ensure fair appointment availability for all clients, the following policies apply to every booking.
Bookings require at least 48 hours' notice so your artist has time to prepare. Same-day and next-day appointments are not available.
Tattoo consultation fees and booking deposits are credited toward the final tattoo price. If the consultation and tattoo happen on the same day, only the consultation fee is paid. If they are separate bookings on different dates, the consultation fee and the $50 booking deposit are both paid and both credited. Cancel or reschedule with at least 72 hours' notice to receive a refund minus the deposit and any artwork fees. With less than 72 hours' notice, or for a no-show, all amounts paid are forfeited. A 5% GST is added to services.

A medium tattoo consultation is $20, a large tattoo consultation is $39, and a virtual consultation is $20. Tattoo consultation fees are credited toward the final tattoo price.

The tattoo and piercing booking deposit is $50. The scalp micropigmentation booking deposit is $99. The tattoo removal booking deposit is $50.

By paying a deposit or completing an online booking, the client confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to the Eternal Tattoo & Piercing Studios booking, deposit, cancellation, rescheduling and no-show policies.
